Six Sigma Green Belt (GBSS)



Six Sigma Green Belt will help participants to understand the Six Sigma Methodology (R-DMAIC-SI), Processes and tools in such a way that they will be able to play effective role as a responsible yet independent team members for Six Sigma Projects under the leadership and guidance of Black-belts. Green belts are most effective when they are assigned  a small Project or an important piece in a large Project to be done independently. Knowledge and skill obtained during the program will be of immense benefit both for the organization and the participants.

Green belt is an immense value-add to the students currently pursuing degrees courses and improve their skills as well employability. The structured six sigma methodology and problem solving attitude, skills and tools learnt during the course can be gainfully employed in variety of technical and business situations.

Green belt is a stepping stone towards achieving Black Belt.
