Six Sigma Black Belt will help participants to understand the Six Sigma Methodology (R-DMAIC-SI), Processes and tools in detail so that they will be able to play effective role as a Six Sigma Project Lead. The participants will complete one Six Sigma project along with the training during the program and will acquire transferable problem solving skills and competence to solve and guide many problems the Six Sigma way for the Organization. Knowledge and skill obtained during the program will be of immense benefit both for the organization and the Participant.

The structured six sigma methodology and problem solving attitude, skills and tools learnt during the course can be gainfully employed in variety of technical and business situations.

Black belt is a stepping stone towards achieving Master Black Belt.
